Rancho Cuyamaca State Park is located 45 minutes east of San Diego and is arguably the best mountain biking in the county. This 25,000 acre park encompasses a wide variety of fireroads and singletrack with pleasant rides through forests and meadows, long grinding climbs and exciting downhills. trails are available from the relatively flat and short Green Valley Trail, to the IBMA Epic that starts at the East Mesa trail and connects to the world famous Nobel Canyon for a day long grinder.
