Lake Poway is a great after work ride for people in the Poway and Rancho Bernardo areas. It is not a difficult ride if you stick to the Lake Poway Trail, but with the addition of the Lower Mount Woodson Loop it can be challenging. Additionally, the City of Poway has an extensive trails network built that can lead to a wide variety of rides in the immediate area.
